When your frame reaches the end of its 3G/4G free period, you will receive an email 30 days prior to the renewal, the email will prompt you to renew.
Follow the instructions on the email, click on the link and you will be guided to the renewal prompt.
If you choose to renew, the month’s following the renewal will be automatically debited each month with the payment information you provided until you cancel the subscription.
It is also possible to renew from the web interface by clicking on "Renew".
Please note that if you use WiFi, there is no need to pay for the 3G/4G subscription.
It’s possible if you wait too long to renew after the initial 3 month trial period the SIM card could be deactivated. Renewing will reactivate it, but it may take up to 24 hours for reactivation.
