What is the warranty on a refurbished frame?
The warranty on a Familink refurbished frame is 6 months. Normally, the warranty for a new Familink frame is 2 years.
Is there a cancellation period for a refurbished frame?
You have 14 days to cancel your order from the day you receive the product. In this case, Familink will not pay the shipping cost to return the product.
