Familink is connected to WhatsApp, making it easy to send photos to your Familink photo frames. This feature is free and optional.
Follow these steps to connect to the bot for the first time:
- Save the contact “Familink” with the number +1 514-907-8777, or scan the QR code below or click here to access the bot
- Send your first message to the bot.
You can provide the bot with one of the following:
- Your personal WhatsApp code. If you already have a Familink account, you can find this code on the web interface or in your app settings. Do not share this code with anyone—it's strictly personal.
- A frame pairing code. You can find this code in the user manual or in your invitation email. After sending the code, the bot will ask for your first name. Your first name will appear when you send photos to the frame.
- Your Familink account email address. If you already have an account, the bot will send an email to this address containing your personal WhatsApp code.
Sending your first photo
Choose a photo from your gallery or take a new one, then send it to the bot. The bot will ask which frame you want to send the photo to. Reply with the number corresponding to the frame.
- You can also send text messages. At the moment, it is not possible to send videos through WhatsApp.
- You won't receive a confirmation message; the photo will be delivered directly to the selected frame.
- Want to send the same photo to multiple frames? Simply enter “1” (or another frame number), then send another number for the next frame.
