How do I save the photos in my frame?

To upload a photo or photos of your frame

1. Go to https://app.familinkframe.com/
2. Select your frame, then click on the "Select" mode and click on the photo(s) you want to download.           
3. Click on the orange icon at the bottom right of your screen.

Warning: It is not possible to save text messages.

To download all the photos from your Familink

1. Go to https://app.familinkframe.com/
2. Select your frame
3. Click on "Settings".
4. Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and click on "Upload all photos (excluding messages)".
5. Your photos download as a ZIP folder.
