We can offer you 4 solutions:
1. Deactivate your frame so that you don't receive any more emails from us about reminders, etc
2. Reinitialize your frame: remove the photos and users associated with it if you want to share it with someone else. The new user will then be able to associate their account with the frame and invite new users. You can do this by following this article: How do I reset my Familink frame?
3. Make an ecological recovery by buying back your frame for 10€ and offer you free shipping. We will send you a return label. This label does not expire. Your camera will be refurbished if possible and offered to EHPAD or resold at a reduced price. All your photos will be deleted during the refurbishment process.
4. Download the photos from the frame. You can do this by referring to this article: How do I save all my photos?
