We can offer you :
1. Deactivate your frame so that you don't receive any more emails from us about reminders, etc
2. Reinitialize your frame: remove the photos and users associated with it if you want to share it with someone else. The new user will then be able to associate their account with the frame and invite new users. You can do this by following this article: How do I reset my Familink frame?
3. Make an ecological recovery : Familink buys your photo frame and offers you free shipping. Fill in the form to find out the purchase price of your frame and receive a return label. All your photos will of course be deleted during the reconditioning process. All your photos will be deleted during the refurbishment process.
