How do I change my payment method?

To update your payment method:

1. Log in to app.familinkframe.com or open the Familink mobile app.

2. Select your picture frame.

3. Depending on your subscription, select the “4G Option” or “Familink Plus” tab. If you have a photo frame on rent, click the “Rentals” tab. 

4. Select “Change my payment method.”
