When your frame reaches the end of its free 4G period, you will receive an email 30 days before the end of the period suggesting that you renew your subscription.
Follow the instructions in the e-mail. You will have a link that will allow you to proceed with the payment of the first month and subscribe.
After paying the first month/year manually, the following months/years will be automatically charged to your card every month until you cancel the subscription.
It is also possible to renew from the web interface.
1. Go to the web interface
2. Click on the desired frame
3. Click on the "Network" button in the top menu
4. You are now on the network page, you can choose the type of subscription you want (monthly or yearly).
Note that if you are using Wi-Fi, there is no need to pay for the 4G subscription.
If you renew long after the free period has expired, it is likely that the SIM in the frame has been remotely deactivated. The renewal will reactivate it, but in this case you will have to wait until the next start of the frame, i.e. the next morning at the latest.
How does a subscription work?
You can purchase a subscription:
Monthly: 5.90€/month
Yearly: 64.90€/year. Take advantage of a free month by subscribing to an annual subscription. You get 12 months of 4G for the price of 11!
The subscription is automatically renewed and therefore automatically charged each month or year. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time with no obligation.
